03When you use this website
Our hosting provider may process basic request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose technical problems.
The site does not offer user accounts. Contact enquiries are sent securely to 8DIGITS by email and stored in the marketing contact database when you submit the form. Newsletter signups are separate and require explicit consent.
04Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics 4. Google processes technical and usage data (such as page views, approximate location derived from IP, and device/browser information) on our behalf to help us understand how the site is used.
Analytics is optional. Choose Essential only on the consent banner, or clear the stored consent choice, to prevent analytics tags from loading. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
05Contact and booking
When you email us, we use the name, contact details and project information you provide to respond, assess the request and continue the conversation you initiated.
If you choose the booking link, TidyCal processes the booking on its own service under its privacy terms. LinkedIn and other external links are also governed by the destination service.
06Retention and sharing
We keep enquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, our working relationship, legal obligations and security. We do not sell personal information.
Information may be handled by service providers that help us host the site, communicate, schedule meetings or send the newsletter (including MailerLite). We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and systems.
07Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
