01The service

Launch Ready crawls websites you submit, applies deterministic checks, and produces a launch-readiness score and report. It is a pre-launch QA aid for agencies, freelancers, marketers, and SMBs.

It is not a WCAG certification, legal advice, privacy/compliance certification, penetration test, or a guarantee that a site is safe to launch. Automated findings can miss issues and can flag signals that need human review.

02Your account

You must provide a valid email and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite on Pro or Agency.

03Business use only

Launch Ready is for businesses and professionals. By creating an account you confirm that you use it for your trade, business, or profession, and not as a consumer.

04Acceptable use

Only scan sites you own or are authorized to test. Do not use the crawler to attack, spam, or overwhelm third-party infrastructure, bypass plan or rate limits, upload unlawful content, or misuse share links.

05Plans, billing, and cancellations

The Free, Pro, and Agency plans and their limits are described on the pricing page and in the product. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.

You can cancel any time in the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; the workspace then moves to Free. Fees already paid are not refunded for part of a billing period, except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails, the workspace keeps its paid plan for a 14-day grace period in read-only mode while you update your payment method. After that it moves to Free.

06Reports, shares, and staging credentials

Reports reflect what the crawler could fetch at scan time, including anti-bot blocks and HTML-only coverage limits. Share links may expire or be revoked. You are responsible for what you send clients.

If you store HTTP basic auth for staging, it is encrypted at rest. Prefer short-lived staging credentials and revoke them when the engagement ends.

07Intellectual property

We own the Launch Ready product, brand, and software. You retain rights to your sites and the content of reports about those sites. You grant a limited license to process submitted URLs and crawl results solely to provide the service.

08Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete crawl coverage, or that scores will match a human audit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Ready and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for launch decisions you make based on reports. Aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you are on Free).

09Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes about the service are handled by the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
