On 3 October 2026 AdaptlyPost said its connector was live in Anthropic’s Claude directory. The link goes to an AdaptlyPost workspace, not a new Claude social product. From chat, Claude can write a caption, generate an image, schedule or publish, and read analytics. The networks named in the release are Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon.

Previously, a caption drafted in Claude still had to be pasted into a scheduler, often one network at a time. The connector is meant to remove that paste step. One request can send a longer version to LinkedIn and a shorter one to Threads. The release also says Claude can batch-schedule, set recurring posts, pause them, upload photo or video, and retry a post that failed on one network.

This replaces the paste step, not the approval step. The post still leaves from AdaptlyPost.

What actually happened

AdaptlyPost, based in Gdansk, put the connector in Claude’s directory and pointed at claude.ai/directory/adaptlypost. You sign in to AdaptlyPost once. Claude then calls that workspace and shows the result in the thread. The company says the connector covers most of what its dashboard does, including account, platform, and single-post analytics.

That is a vendor release carried by wire services, not an Anthropic product post. Treat the network list and retry claim as AdaptlyPost’s description of its own connector until you see both working in your workspace.

Public price pages for AdaptlyPost were not stable enough to quote confidently here. A third-party roundup from September put a Creator plan at $19 a month with API and MCP access. Check the live pricing page before assuming the connector is included on the seat you already have.

Why a small team cares

Picture a three-person agency that already writes captions in Claude and then pastes them into Buffer, Later, or native business suites. The Monday job is not “add a new network.” It is one post, two destinations, and a quick look at the queue before anything goes live.

The gain is real if the chat can produce the LinkedIn cut and the short cut, schedule both, and retry the one that fails. The risk is just as real. A client who requires approval in your current tool will not accept a publish that happened because someone typed “post it” in Claude. Brand accounts, ad accounts, and anything with a legal line should stay on the old path until you have seen a scheduled item, not a published one.

Hype vs useful

Useful: a listed connector, 10 named networks, per-platform variants, batch and recurring schedules, uploads, retries, and analytics readback, all claimed by AdaptlyPost on 3 October.

Not useful: calling this “Claude scheduling.” Claude does not host the queue. If AdaptlyPost’s plan, token, or connection drops, the post does not go out. Image generation in the release is theirs to bill, not a free Claude extra. Run one post. If the dashboard you already pay for is clearer, leave this as a test account.
