Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the plugin processes data and when 8DIGITS may receive information.

The plugin processes, on your store’s server, the configured issuer details and the order data needed to generate, store and deliver invoices. Documents and records remain in the database and files of your installation, under the store owner’s control.
02Customer data
Invoices may contain name, legal name, NIF/CIF, address, email, order lines, amounts and taxes. The store determines the purpose, legal basis, retention and handling of rights for that data.
03What 8DIGITS does not receive
The free version does not automatically send 8DIGITS your invoices, orders or customer data. We only receive store or diagnostic information if you contact support, or if a Professional feature needs to verify the licence.
04Support
If you contact support, we will process your email, technical information and any files you choose to send in order to reply and diagnose the issue. Please hide tax and personal data that is not needed.
05Professional and licences
The Professional edition may use a licensing and update provider that processes technical site, licence, purchase and administrator information according to the terms shown when you activate or buy the product. Its terms and policy are shown in that flow.
06Hosting, WordPress and email
Your hosting provider, WordPress, WooCommerce, email gateway and other extensions may process data separately. Their policies and contracts remain the store’s responsibility.
07Retention and deletion
The store decides how long to keep invoices and orders according to its obligations. Deactivating or deleting the plugin does not necessarily delete documents that must be retained. Support records are kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations.
08Security
The plugin uses WordPress capabilities, validation, nonces and signed links where appropriate. The store remains responsible for keeping WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, themes, plugins, credentials, backups and hosting secure.
09Rights
Requests about invoice data should first go to the store that issued the document. For data processed directly by 8DIGITS, you may request access, rectification, erasure or other applicable rights through the contact below.
