01The plugin

8digits Factura for WooCommerce generates and manages PDF documents from orders and the configuration entered in WordPress. It requires a compatible WordPress and WooCommerce installation.

The free edition is distributed under the licence shown on WordPress.org. Professional features are also subject to the commercial licence displayed at the time of purchase.

02Store responsibility

The store owner is responsible for issuer and recipient data, taxes, series, numbering, dates, corrections, retention and use of each document.

The plugin does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice, and it does not guarantee that a particular configuration meets every obligation applicable to your activity.

03Installation and compatibility

You must keep backups and test updates in a safe environment when the risk warrants it. Compatibility depends on published versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, extensions and the hosting environment.

04Professional and payments

Price, renewal, tax, refund and licence terms for Professional are shown during purchase and may be handled by the licensing provider. We do not receive your full card details.

05Acceptable use

Do not manipulate the plugin to bypass licences, compromise its security, generate fraudulent documents, or use it in an unlawful or harmful way.

06Support

Support covers installation and the documented operation of the plugin. It does not include tax advice, development of third-party themes or extensions, hosting repair, or uncontracted custom work.

07Availability and changes

We may fix, maintain, extend or withdraw features. WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting and other services can change or become unavailable outside our control.

08Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted operation or of fiscal fitness for every case. Nothing limits non-waivable rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without removing mandatory rights of consumers or professional users that apply.
