01Using BeachLog

You may use BeachLog to keep a personal record of beaches and visits. You are responsible for the content you add, for keeping your device secure, and for making backups you may need.

02Your journal and backups

You retain your rights in notes, photos and other content you add. BeachLog stores journal content locally and only accesses a photo when you select it through the operating-system picker.

Exported backup files can contain private notes and photos. You control where those files are stored, copied and shared.

03BeachLog Pro

BeachLog Pro is a one-time lifetime in-app purchase handled by Google Play and verified through RevenueCat. Prices and available remedies are shown and governed by Google Play in your local market. Pro removes ads and unlocks the features described in the current app listing.

04Maps, ads and third parties

Map tiles, advertising and purchase verification depend on Google and RevenueCat services. Their terms and availability apply to those services. BeachLog does not control external map content, advertising or app-store infrastructure.

05Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its security or licensing, or use it to store or distribute content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

06Safety and accuracy

BeachLog is a personal journal, not a live safety, weather, tide, water-quality or emergency service. Information in your journal may be incomplete or out of date. Check authoritative local sources before visiting a beach.

07Availability and changes

The app is provided as available. Features can change as Android, maps, advertising and purchase services evolve. We may update or discontinue the app, while existing consumer rights remain unaffected.

08Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 8DIGITS is not responsible for lost journal data where no usable backup exists, decisions based on user-entered information, or indirect loss. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
